Photo ID Catalogue
With the help of northerners and visitors to the Eastern Arctic we have been able to build a photo identification catalogue for Arctic killer whales. As we are still identifing new individuals, this catalogue is a work in progress. However, the identified animals observed to 2011 are being collected into a single catalogue - stay tuned as this will be available in March 2012.
The photos that are included below are copyright of the photographer and require their permission to be used. Please contact OCA@dfo-mpo.gc.ca to obtain permission.
