May 21 - Endangered Species Day

May 21 - Assiniboine Watershed Network and Naturalist Services Branch for a International Day of Biodiversity Event, Friday, May 21st along Sturgeon Creek. Four sampling stations (Fish, Macroinvertebrates, Invasive Species, and Riparian Hike) will be set up for Westwood Collegiate High School Students to learn about native and invasive species in Manitoba. May 22 - International Day for Biological Diversity

May 22 - The Living Prairie Museum is gearing up to celebrate International Biodiversity Day with a series of free eco-workshops, the annual native prairie plant sale, and our community consultation on the proposed Living Prairie Nature Playground. (For more info: Living Prairie Museum)
